you need job scheduling, quoting or a mobile app for your team. Xevrion does not run jobs: a job-management app does. Completed work also needs Xero; QuickBooks is not supported for it.

Do I need to change how I run jobs?
No. Keep your job sheets, photos or notes as you do now. You add the proof and the agreed price when a job is finished.
Will it send invoices to my customers?
No. Xevrion makes Xero drafts only. You check each one and send it from Xero.
Do I have to use AI?
Only Customer replies uses AI, to draft replies you check. Invoice follow-up and Completed work follow your rules, with no AI.
