Evidence and method
How we measure, and what we do not claim.
Industry benchmarks from named sources. Ledger maths with assumptions disclosed. Example weeks use Harbour & Vale demo data, never a claimed customer result. No invented testimonials or ROI.
What this page is for
Proof without fake customers.
Xevrion is early. We do not publish customer logos, testimonials or ROI numbers we have not earned. Instead we publish:
- Industry benchmarks with source, date and caveat (see Research and sources).
- Transparent prices on Pricing (Start £295, Growth £795, Scale £1,995 a month, excluding VAT; no setup fee).
- How the Ledger turns time and outcomes into pounds, with the assumptions written down.
- An illustrative sample week for the example company Harbour & Vale (demo data only).
Gartner reports that about three quarters of B2B buyers prefer a rep-free digital experience with transparent information; Unbounce 2024 SaaS landing median is 3.8% (top quartile 11.6%). Clarity and honest pricing beat invented proof. Baymard finds form-field count drives abandonment more than step count, so signup stays short.
How the Ledger calculates
Assumptions, disclosed.
- Baseline. Usually your last 90 days from connected tools (emails, invoices, workflow runs).
- Hourly cost. You set a fully loaded hourly cost (the demo uses £35). Hours removed times that rate equals cost reduced.
- Revenue lines. Counted only when an order, renewal or payment is recorded in your own tools. Method and source sit on each line.
- Confidence. High, Medium or Low. Low-confidence lines are shown but not counted toward totals.
- Measured vs estimated. Every line is marked. Estimates never pretend to be measured.
Demo Ledger maths (Harbour & Vale, illustrative): counted value uses High and Medium lines only; plan cost on Growth is £795. That ratio is an example of the display, not a customer claim.
Sample week
Example company - demo data.
Harbour & Vale Logistics — fictional. Used on the marketing site and in the product tour so every screen tells one story.
- Reply to Priya — 6 min — Measured (demo).
- Invoice paid — £1,240 — Measured (demo).
- Price change suggestion — £600 — Estimated, not counted (demo).
These figures are for reading the product, not proof that a real customer achieved them.
Security score in the demo
The product working, not a scare.
The example Security score of 53 out of 100 is a baseline before fixes for Harbour & Vale. The page shows the top three fixes first; the rest stay collapsed. A lower score with a clear fix list is the product doing its job — not a claim about your business.
