Choosing where to start

Every plan includes the whole platform. How to pick the part to set up first so it pays back fastest, using three questions about your business.

Start where the money is leaking

The best place to start is the system closest to a problem you can already put a rough number on. If a job is done by hand because nobody has had time to automate it, start with Automations. If renewals surprise you, start with Customer Care. If a process eats hours every week, start with Automated Work. If big decisions keep being argued over conflicting numbers, start with Valuable Insights.

Ask three questions

First: which problem costs us the most each month? Second: do we have the data for it in tools Xevrion connects to? Third: who would own the result? The system where all three answers are clear is where to start.

Keep the first goal small and measurable

Pick one goal you could check in 90 days: reply to every new enquiry within an hour, flag renewal risk 30 days out, cut a named process from 61 to 20 hours a month. A small goal that is measured beats a big one that is not.

Turn on the next system

Because every system shares the same data, the second one starts faster. Every plan includes the whole platform, so turning on the next part costs nothing extra: most businesses do it once the Value Ledger shows the first is paying for itself.
