What the free check looks at
- Email protection: whether others could send fake emails in your name.
- Website basics: a secure connection, your certificate and three safety settings.
- Customer response: signs on your site of slow replies or forms to chase.
What it cannot see
It only reads public facts, so it cannot see your passwords, laptops, backups or staff training. The full check inside Xevrion asks questions only you can answer, and scores eight areas out of 100.
Why it is worth a minute
In the UK government's 2025 survey, 43% of UK businesses had a breach or attack in the last 12 months. The National Cyber Security Centre's guide for small organisations is free too, and covers backups, devices, passwords and phishing.
What to do with the result
Start with the three fixes at the top. Each one says what to change and who usually does it, such as your web host or IT provider. Then run the check again to see the score move.
Common questions
Is the free check really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no payment. If you add your email, we send the report once, and updates only if you tick the box.
