Decide everything waiting for you in one place
Approvals gathers what every agent is waiting for you to decide, oldest first, so nothing sits unseen.
Step by step
Open Approvals under Home in the menu.
Each row says which agent is waiting, what it prepared and how long it has waited.
Open a row to go to the record and approve or change it there.
The bell opens Notifications. Press Mark all as read when you have seen them.
Good to know
- Reports under Home shows hours saved, money recovered and risks caught across all agents, month by month.
- Activity shows every action by every agent and person, with filters.
