Export your data or download the activity log
Your data is yours. Download a copy, or the activity log, whenever you like.
Step by step
Open Settings, then Your data.
An owner or admin presses Export all my data for a full copy.
For the activity log, press Download the full log (CSV): who did what, and when, for every agent.
The same page shows how long records are kept, and how an owner can close the workspace.
Good to know
- Lists across the agents also have Download CSV, for example the Billing Agent's chasing list.
