Set your first-reply target and time saved
Tell the Inbox Agent how fast you aim to reply and what an hour of the person who replies costs. It then shows time saved in hours and pounds.
Step by step
Open Inbox Agent and go to its settings.
Set First reply target. The default is one hour in working hours.
Set Minutes a reply takes by hand. The app starts at 3 minutes and switches to your measured time after 10 timed replies.
Set Hourly cost of the person who replies (£) to see time saved in pounds.
Good to know
- The chart First replies each day, within and over the target shows how you did over the last 14 days.
- Time saved always shows its method: replies times minutes, and whether the minutes were measured or estimated.
