Connect Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
The Billing Agent drafts invoices in your accounts and reads when they are paid. The AI CFO Agent reads Xero's bank transactions.
Step by step
Open Connections in the menu.
Find Xero, QuickBooks Online or Sage Accounting under accounting and press Connect.
Sign in on your accounting tool's own page and choose the organisation to connect.
Back in Xevrion, the connection shows its status. Press Disconnect if you ever want to stop it.
Good to know
- Sage is read only: the Billing Agent reads invoices and payments there but never writes.
- Invoices are created in your accounts as drafts first. Nothing is sent to a client without your approval unless you change that setting.
