Each piece of work an agent does is one action. Packs of 1,000 more actions cost £20.
Step by step
Open Billing to see your plan, actions used this month and success fees.
Open Usage and limits to see what each agent used against your allowance.
Buy a credit pack when you need more. Packs are used after your monthly allowance.
Want it done for you? Turn on Auto top-up and set a monthly limit of packs.
Good to know
- You are told once at 80% and once at 100% of your allowance. At the limit, new work waits and nothing is charged.
- Packs last 12 months. Auto top-up is off until you turn it on, and is capped at 10 packs a month.
