Check a contract or NDA before you sign
The Compliance Agent reads each clause, marks the risky ones and suggests safer wording. It is guidance, not legal advice.
Step by step
Open Compliance. Drop a PDF, Word (.docx) or text file into Add a contract or NDA. Files up to 10 MB.
Open the review under Reviews. Each clause has a label: High risk, Check or Fine, with the reason in plain words.
For each risk, accept the suggested wording or ask for a change.
When every high-risk item has a decision, press Copy changes to to take your changes to the other side.
Good to know
- Nothing is sent to anyone. The agent never signs or emails on your behalf.
- How I judge shows the areas each clause is checked against and the UK sources behind them.
- The original file is not kept, only the clause text that was read.
