You sign in directly with Google. Xevrion never asks for your password.

What the connection does
Once activated, Xevrion reads new incoming messages to organise support requests and retain the context needed for your service. Routine replies use configured, approved answers. Unmatched or sensitive questions are retained for attention. Your selected inbox is used for authorised outgoing messages.
Connecting an inbox does not activate an outreach campaign or connect unrelated business systems. Each service needs its own requirements, configuration and acceptance checks.
Clear control over access
Connect up to five inboxes per customer. You can disconnect an inbox in your workspace to stop future processing and cancel unsent queued responses. A message already handed to Google may still be delivered. You can also revoke the Google authorisation in your Google Account connections.
Customer Gmail activation is currently being prepared for Google verification. The private portal remains available for requirements, documents and written support.
